Operator's Village day Park is
located next to Hardy Dam. It was donated by Consumers Energy and
maintained by Big Prairie Township Parks. The park is free to the
public, for picnicking, swimming,
or just relaxing enjoying the view.
We have a pavilion, grills, fishing pier,
vault toilets and a hand
pump for drinking water.
In the Croton Hardy area, there are a variety
of stores and restaurants, along with a bank, library, dentist,
canoe and tube rental, First Responder's unit and Fire Department.
We are only minutes away from Croton Dam (the Grand Old Lady of Consumers
Energy, since 1907).
RULES:

Life Guard
- No Camping
- No Boat Launch
- Gate Closes at 9:00 p.m.
Our pavilion is free to use and it is a first come, first serve basis.
We cannot hold/reserve it for you.
We do have park attendants during
the operating season.
